"We really enjoyed our stay. Andrea greeted us upon arrival and she was fantastic. She immediately had a smile and was so welcoming. She got us checked in and let us know they had fresh brewed coffee if we wanted some. Our room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find our room actually had a ceiling fan. Not something that's typical of a hotel room. The only downside of our stay was our window of our room, on the 1st floor, was about 10 feet from the pool and they were resurfacing it. On Saturday morning at 7am, the grinding of the concrete began followed by a pressure washer which they decided to set up directly next to our window. Lol! It was loud but obviously they've got to get their work done and we understood that. The check in and check out was a breeze. We'd stay here again, but will probably request not to stay on the 1st floor."
"We moved here after checking in next door and finding that place unacceptable. The price was decent over Christmas and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast had a good selection."
"Overall great stay. Rooms were clean and Johnathan at front desk was great. The maintenance needs attention due to older property (e.g., our toilet mechanism broke), however we were immediately moved to another room so it was not an ongoing issue. Other than that great stay. We will be back."
"The white guy working at the front desk said, “Not to sound racist, but the owners are Indian and they ‘watch’ black people,” but he even said they watch the men working in oil fields and such. I assume it’s the black men of course. Why would I spend my money that I work hard for to stay somewhere to be watched? He told my mom that he’d help us find another hotel to go to. That’s laughable. Make this all make sense to me. AND he kept repeating things about if my mom and I smoked after she repeatedly said we don’t smoke! Very uncomfortable, weird experience. You guys should just put “White-and-Indian” on the storefront. Yuck. DO BETTER."
"Our night front desk person was incredibly nice, the rooms were very neat and clean and the beds were so comfortable! I've had bad experiences at other Best Westerns before but this one was a great experience! We also got it for a great rate! Thank yall for having us!"
