"I was sent there to see a psychologist. They received the referral stating I need to see a psychologist. They still scheduled me in knowing they didn’t have one , I went to my appointment they had me pay 97 dollars when I didn’t even have a copay . When I get to the back she states they don’t have a psychologist only a psychiatrist and stated I wasn’t able to get a refund ."

"I feel like this place was a huge waste of time and money. I understand having to find a medication that works but when I immediately started having issues on different medications in different months and called I was pushed off over and over again. I was told that Robert Polk would call me back over and over again but nope! Instead I have to go in and pay more in order for me to tell him the medicine isn't working or is ridiculously expensive. It's also unprofessional to have to remind him of the medications we have tried each visit. Shouldn't you have a record of that???? This place has no idea what they are doing. If you like wasting money and having your calls ignored this is the place for you! Currently not taking any medication due to price being $155 for a 30 day supply we don't even know will work. Was told I would get a call today. Come 4pm I called and she said he would call after he finishes with his patient. It's now past 5 on Thursday and they are closed until Monday! I've been calling all week!!!"

"I love this place. I hate finding new docs that I actually like. I haven't always had the best luck finding one that actually listens & respects what I say. I hope I never have to change doctors. Dr. Mensah is amazing. We always just get straight to it, he listens & recommends but ultimately he lets me decide. I feel heard. I feel respected. Honestly, I'm a mess going in wondering how it's going to go, but every time I leave, I leave happier & lighter than when I arrived. He lets me get right to it without filler & I love that so much. I know others have complained about calling in their prescriptions. Their staff has always been so kind, attentive, & helpful. It is a msg system. Though, I personally have not had any issues with refills. They're usually filled within a day of calling in. I was so scared I wouldn't find what I wanted in a psychiatrist. These last few months have been so helpful in my life. I never want to have to find another doctor or facility ever again. ^_^"

"BPC and Dr Mensah are amazing. We searched for years for help with our son who is super smart but is on the spectrum. He listened to our concerns and helped us to come up with alternative treatments that the Mainstream Medical wanted that was not working. His Grades and attitude are 100% Better than 2 years ago! I Highly recommend this clinic to all my friends that struggle with gifted children like our son. His teachers agree."

"COMPLETE MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE Dr. Mensah put me on a medication that took some getting used to, but I eventually felt better after taking. But every month I'd run out and have to pull teeth to get it refilled. I'd try calling their office, but no one, NO ONE, would pick up. I'd leave a voicemail saying I need my prescription refilled, and sometimes they'd refill it, sometimes not. But then after a while, they stopped refilling my prescription altogether. I was down to two dosages and tried calling the office to see what the deal was, but no one would ever pick up. So, obviously, I ran out of medication. I was calling the office around three times a day, but no one would pick up. I was going through heavy withdrawal, and still they wouldn't pick up. Then, finally, I left a very upset voicemail explaining my situation. FINALLY they called me back. The woman who spoke with me basically said it was my fault that I did not set up a follow-up appointment. They placed all the blame on me and would not help me in the slightest. Not only is this MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE, but it puts struggling individuals at risk. How they are still in business is incredible to me!"
