"Edited to add to respond to the owner-You are NOT new. You were doing good until Feb. END edit. Can't get people their food, lies about it. Orders missing food, etc. Doesn't refund for food not delivered. Hadn't had a positive review on their FB page out of MANY since the beginning of Feb until April 24 and finally realized they could remove the review section on there. Had gone from about a 4.9 rating to about a 3 in a couple of months. Stay away from"

"Ordered @ 6:43. Food was to be delivered by 8:15. @ almost 9pm i called the restaurant & food had not yet been picked up. FINALLY was able to talk to someone with the company & 9pm-ish & they said that they wpuld have my food picked up within 15 minutes & i called back to the restaurant @ 9:55 & my food still had not been picked up. I got an excuse saying that there driver had fell off the radar & they couldnt find her but now after reading the other reviews i see this is a common excuse. I would recommend resturants pulling from this delivery service. It is now 10:13 & i got a text saying my order is headed my way. BEWARE! Update.... 10:48pm my food just got here.."

"Well tonight is the second night I have not received my order from you guys and was still charged for it. I was told me driver was 20 minutes away about 2 hours ago. I called management and after about 20 tries to two different numbers I finally get management to pick up. He proceeds to give me a long story of excuses as to why his business is obviously failing. His system crashed last week, he has less drivers, the weather is bad, etc. Well first off, as a business manager, you shouldn’t be giving me excuse after excuse and even going as far as to say your driver might be dead, you shouldn’t have your employees on dangerous roads and tell me that this is basically my fault because I placed an order. I wouldn’t have made an order at all if you would do your due diligence as a manager and close until you get your business together. Here’s some ideas: If your system crashes you obviously need new/updated software or a new IT service. If you don’t have enough drivers to handle all the orders you should cut down your service area for the time being. And finally, if you feel the weather is too bad to drive in, as a person and a manager, don’t put your employees at risk and then blame your customers for placing orders. Sincerely, a now previous loyal customer (who was ordering weekly)"

"Ordered food at 6:41...order was never picked up and updated online...finally decided to go pick it up myself at 8:15...once I arrived at the restaurant I asked the manager to show me the order from iheart. I was allowed to take a picture of the emailed order that came in at 8:07. So it was 1:26 between the order confirmation and the time they decided to submit to the resturant. Called 25 times and it always went straight to voicemail. Tried calling all day long today up to 5 minutes ago and same result. I hope they go under for their behavior. Manager of the restaurant i picked up from said this is the third case he’s aware of this week! I will get a refund for my dinner!"

"Would not recommend! Food was 45 minutes late & cold. Delivery person had an attitude.... tried to call iHeart a couple of times that night when order hadn’t showed up after 30 minutes late, left message 3 times for someone to call me back, no one did. I finally called next day & got a hold of someone to talk to."
