"I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at around 5pm to be picked up at 8pm. When I drove up to the window, the lady greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant! Within seconds, she handed me a freshly made pizza and told me to enjoy and have a good night! Thank you for being so kind!! Customer service and food 10/10!!"

"Cold pizza with unmelted stuffed crust and missing the drinks. They outsource driving to DoorDash, so no warm bag. DD driver got a $9 tip and wouldn't go back for the missing parts of the order because PH didn't give it to him the first time. If I wanted awful DD service I would have ordered through DD. Customer Service had no way to reference our order, so I'm not expecting a refund on the missing parts of my order. With rising costs and lowering quality, they're not getting a second chance from me."
"Pizza Hut's Benton Road restaurant is my first choice in Bossier City. I switched to the Benton Road store a couple of years ago and the service and food has been very good. In the summer of 2023, I noticed all new employees and the food is even better and not one error on an order. Very friendly staff and great food, great service! Nice to see people that enjoy their job and are happy to see you."
