"I brought my son here for the arts and crafts night and he had a blast! We stayed to dine in after he finished the activity and I am so glad that we did. The indoor playground is very convenient and is a great way to let your child(ren) burn off energy without any additional costs. We went around 5 pm, which is one of the peak traffic times for Airline Drive. The restaurant itself was also extremely busy from the time we got there up until about 7:30 when we left. However, CFA flows well under pressure. I placed an order for my son (grilled chicken kids meal) then a few minutes later went back to the counter to order an adult grilled chicken meal for myself and both were brought to the table hot and fresh. Also, in a timely manner, especially under the circumstances of the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. It was PACKED. There were plenty of times where there wasn’t any seating for families to dine in but everyone comes and goes rather quickly so it works out. I will say, they should definitely consider adding at least one more table (with 4 chairs) in front of the play area. The space is there and it would definitely be helpful. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching my son happy and playful and I am so glad that we went. It’s also a plus watching workers enjoy their job, coworkers and happily serving customers. The atmosphere at CFA can’t be beat!"

"ordered a CHICKEN SANDWICH meal. got all the way home. and they forgot the CHICKEN SANDWICH. how do u manage to mess up that damn bad. ridiculous. then i called up there. and they said id have to drive 25 minutes back up there to judt get the chicken sandwich. domt get anything for my trouble. absolute horrible service. bring back the workers from before the remodel!!!!!!"

"I have 0 complaints about the service or food I love chickfila! & this particular one is fantastic the folks are awesome. The only sad thing since it's update has been the play place :/ as a mom who lives in the south & occasionally needs a place for littles to play in AC, this is such a bummer :/ idk what they were thinking especially since alot of their demographic is moms with children"

"Y'all Y'all Y'all. When I tell you yummy for my tummy. It was yummy for my tummy. Now this is my second time in over 25 years reading Chick-fil-A. Now the first time wasn't so good. I think it was the dressing. But when I tell you thank you Krystal W. for my salad today. I had what they call the Market Salad. And whew child. I love love love it. All done. Done. Done. Done. Get over there and grab you one. I will be getting another one reallll soon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Came there yesterday about 8pm and picked up #1 No Pickles!! Combo to go. 5 miles down the road, I bite into a nasty pickle. I threw the sandwich out the window and saved my receipt. Came back the next day at 6pm and they refused to refund me or make another one. Was told by manager joy or Joyce? that I should have came back immediately. I was busy working and couldn't. How about the staff getting people's orders right and fixing their mistakes!!! Management was very rude and unhelpful. I'm attaching photos of this incompetent management team. By the way, kitchen is filthy. If you want a bowel movement and rude service, eat there."
