"My mom and I carefully explained everything regarding my weight and disability, but they still seem to disregard everything we said. After a stint in the hospital, I had to cancel, well my mom sent a picture of me to show my injury and they essentially said I was too fat to get on a plane and claimed that we never mentioned it, which we did multiple times. They yelled at my mother and treated her very poorly. Very unprofessional."
