"My wife and I attended a free open house tour of the first floor just before Christmas. A lot of people were there, so they limited each group to about 10 people. A small group of musicians as well as carolers were there to entertain people as they waited in line. The house is amazing and the docents were very knowledgeable about its history. Each room was decorated for the holidays and all of the items were original to the McFaddin-Ward family. Now I'm looking forward to another visit to tour the entire house. It truly is a treasure."
