"Called several places around me and these guys actually answered!!! They did ask for me to bring a sample of water and they could test it and guide me through the process of how to fix and future care for my pool. We bought our house and the pool was already on the property so pool care is a first for me and these lovely people were absolutely AMAZING! I live far from. Everything but made the trek and don't regret it for sure! They taught me step by step how to on the current chlorine pool as well as educated me on baquacil. I swapped to the baquacil maintenance and just did the transition faze tonight I hope so much that I wake up to a crystal clear pool! Either way they provided detailed testing with a printout free of charge and I am way more confident now on how to care for my investment. You all were so greatly appreciated kindness goes a really long ways and I am happy to see the good still in the world. Thank you! I'll see yall next week"
