"The store is nice and clean it’s was quiet on my visit. I went for pipe wrap and searched isle 45 and additional isles where the sign said it would be. No luck, so I walked around until I could find an employee who didn’t seem too busy. I proceeded to ask him where they kept the foam sleeves to wrap pipes. He said you mean pipe wrap. I said ok sure since the verbiage was wrong and that’s important to him. I told him I checked isle 45 and I wasn’t able to locate it. He said it’s on an end cap ma’am. I guess I should have known that by the was he spoke to me. I didn’t bother to explain that I checked that whole area up to the lumber and didn’t see anything. I left and went to Parker’s and spent my money there and they were so helpful and kind."

"Unlike my experience at Lowe’s in Missouri City Texas I had just a day ago (1/12/2024), the one here in Jasper is outstanding! The people there are very friendly and super helpful. They aren’t busy profiling black customers to have the police called on them! Thank you so much Lowe’s for the great customer service and knowledge that you all have."

"Clean store, fair prices, not always easy to find staff in the aisles, but they are usually right around the corner and happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I went in for a chainsaw bar for an ego, and they had a great selection at a great price. It was fast, and I was in and out with what I. Needed. :)"

"This store is getting a little better with the service,in the past it was hard to get an associate to help with the different departments but it seems like they have been working to make that easier. Other than that, great inventory, clean store,prices are a little high but that's everywhere it seems. Kinda slow in contractor sales but I expect that here so I'm not disappointed.haha I usually get a cup of coffee while I wait, it's free so there's that ."
