"Dr Skroupski & his staff were amazing! So helpful the entire time I was going there & very prompt when we had questions. The staff made you feel so welcome every time, even when you weren’t seeing the actual doctor. The office was extremely clean & made me feel comfortable. The thing I was so thankful for; I had an emergency on a Sunday. They are partnered up with other doctors & I was able to receive care from another doctor that was on call. "The Dr himself is great. Answers questions, great attitude and all but… Staff not so good at keeping patients updated, and billing has not been good to deal with. Not sure where the breakdown is but the facility used in Houston for procedures and Beaumont location does not communicate well. They dont tell you about charges up front and blame other people in the company should have told us. Also, we were double charged for a procedure and billing would not communicate with us after several attempts. No return calls or emails. It took 2 months to be issued a refund check. They wouldn’t put it on the account to use for further billing. Its expensive enough to go through this process. Having to wait for your money to keep going because of their messup is unacceptable. Then after the procedure to find out if the fertilized egg matures we were told in 5 days we would be told the results. Again almost 2 weeks later after leaving several messages were told it failed. Having to wait for your results after being told it would take 5 days was emotional enough and was emotional enough. Had I known this beforehand we would have went elsewhere. Again the Dr himself was very nice. But staff will make or break you in this profession."
