"I only called this office because I received a bill with the doctor's name on it listed with the date I had surgery and he wasn't my surgeon. From the moment the phone was answered by COURTNEY MORGAN I knew this wasn't going to be a pleasant phone call. Phone etiquette and professionalism is not a strong point of either staff member I spoke with. I'm blessed that this is not an office I have to deal with on a regular basis. For future reference LISTEN TO THE CALLER BEFORE RESPONDING OR GIVING OUT PET NAMES SUCH AS "SWEETIE". The medical field has alot to be desired if this is the what we are dealing with on first encounters. . I dont know this doctor personally but his staff has ruined any perception for me!!"
"1st after filling out new patient forms online and waiting another 24 hrs I called And the rep said wait at least a week. I’ve called numerous times afterwards only to hear that my new patient forms wasn’t received. I.d waited almost 2 months to receive a call. A message left saying I have to bring results from my visit from a previous doctor before I can be seen it’s their policy. I then call to get a better understanding still stating the same. The reps I’ve spoken with was over talking me and as if I was getting on their nerve hmph. Dr Waddell I heard that you were one of the great ones. After not hearing from the office for so long and then the rep telling me I can’t make an appt until I have results from last obgyn. Going through that no thanks. The reps need to be more professional."
"I’d rather deliver my baby myself in my bathtub than deal with the staff here. Rude from the very first phone call. They don’t explain anything even to first time moms. Made me feel like a burden and then acted like I was crazy when I got upset. I will be seeing a different doctor, this was unacceptable."
"I have very much appreciated everything Dr. Waddell, NP Amber, the mother/baby floor at Baptist, and his entire office staff have done for me over this past year. It's been the hardest year of my life and they have shown me compassion and kindness the entire time. Wonderful office!"
"Dr Waddell delivered my second child in 2016 and him and his NP Amber are all around AMAZING. I had a rough delivery with my first child and Dr Waddell made my second absolutely incredible for me. I love his staff as well, they are so patient and kind. I’m currently using him again for my third baby and wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else."
