"My experience with H & W has lasted for over 30 years. Lost count on how many machines. There’s a reason for this…HONEST COMMUNICATION and QUALITY PRODUCTS & SERVICE. Tried to shop around a couple of times only end up right back at H & W. The service department is sometimes a little slow BUT it’s fixed right when I get it back. This assessment is made with little use of the service department over the years however. I do my own regular maintenance and my machines just haven’t had many issues. H & W has earned the 5 star rating for me!"

"**UPDATE** Even having our unit in the shop an additional 10 days before we were able to and use it, I believe they are deserving of the 5 ⭐ rating. We had to return the new unit to the dealer the first day we were going to use it because of an engine light. We are currently waiting to get it back and have been a little frustrated. So far Kirk the GM as well as Jeff and Zack in service have tried to ease our concerns while trying to resolve the issues with the unit. Randy went above and beyond to get us into our new side by side. I definitely recommend them!"
