"Friendly service, helpful staff."

"This is my first time writing a bad review. The lady that attended me was extremely rude. She ignored both me and the lady in-front of me for a good 5 minutes before she was able to help. When she finally began helping me she did not greet me and asked for my information rudely. I understand if you are having a bad day or if you’re busy but there’s no need to be rude. You can simply say “one moment please let me just finish this…” I’d gladly wait but to not be acknowledged for 5 minutes straight and then be rude about it is ridiculous."

"If I could give no stars I would. I walk up, tell the lady at the register my name. She was very snotty and rude saying well we don’t have it. Do you know what it is, I said no ma’am they didn’t tell, they just said it was an antibiotic. I said well I’ll come back after I do my shopping. I go back and she rolled her eye at me and asked for my name I tell her and she said the last name all snotty, so I spell it and she very rudely said they still don’t have it. Like im sorry but if you’re miserable with your job then leave it. I watched her be extremely rude to two other customers."

"I called the day before seeing if they have a prescription that I will have that is hard to feel they did have the medication I'll let them know that my doctor will shoot the prescription the next day and I will be by to pick it up the next day. The next day I went to pick up the medication and that morning I was told they had shipped it back to the main Pharmacy and did not have any medication. The main Walmart store in Marshall Texas has the worst customer service I have ever seen even the floor managers I had to track down and they acted like I was wasting their time and they did not want to talk to me or help me this is not a one-time occurrence it has happened every single time I go in at Walmart so I am stuck with dealing with that customer service and attitude because Marshall has only one Walmart. But even the Walmart in Longview has horrible customer service the pharmacy new a customer was tracking down a medication from the night before and then they got rid of it that morning even though I had told them the night before that I would pick it up and have my doctor shoot the prescription to them"

"I have been picking up my medication from here from almost five years now. Most of the staff knows my name When I walk up to the counter! Pharmacist are always super helpful with any questions ! And of course it's always super convenient!!!!!! I've never had any problems or issues!"
