"This was the first time that I went to ask about any service at the pharmacy, though I've been to Super One countless times. I was looking find out info about a flu shot I was about to start some radiation treatments, and I was told they thought it would be a good idea to get the shot. So I went down to ask about in person When I explained my situation , they told me I get the shot then. I have Medicare, so it paid for the shot. Everyone was very nice. I have enough stress to deal with right now concerning my medical situation, so their kind and helpful behavior was very appreciated."

"EVERY SINGLE time ive had to use this pharmacy ive waited atleast an hour waiting for my medication even though every time i called way ahead of time and told them id be driving a long distance to pick it up and to have it ready and every time they haven't even started on it !!!! Not only that every month i pick up the SAME medication its always a different price sometimes its 30 , 60 and sometimes gets up to 80 its ridiculous not to mention the staff is just rude and leaves people in the drive thru line for several minutes to hours at a time without giving any explanation of whats taking so long nor given an apology. Worse pharmacy ive ever experienced !!!!!!!!"

"The staff here are very rude and uncourteous. The drive thru is always a 15 minute or more wait. They very rarely have your meds ready when they say they will have them ready. And they like to argue with the customers! Do not recommend"

"Bad. I used to love Super One Pharmacy. I had a prescription called in Thursday morning. It is Saturday and prescription still not ready. I called and they said, will be ready at 3 on Friday. I have to drive an hour to pick up my medicine, so it needs to be ready. On several occasions they say it is ready and not all prescriptions are ready, so that means another 2 hours round trip. Very disappointed."

"Worst customer service ever!! Switched over to this pharmacy a few years ago due to the low-cost prescriptions. But because of numerous issues with negative employees I have switched us to another pharmacy. I have been insulted by one of the young black drive thru clerks in front of the pharmacist Michelle last year. Hung up on today while explaining my husband rx issues by clerk and when I called back to make the complaint to Michelle she acted as tho she didn’t care. I will not spend another dime here."
