The Arts Apartments at West Napoleon

"Started from a Craigslist Ad now I'm here! Well, I just moved out actually after a 6 year stay at The Arts. I was apartment hunting and scoured the internet and every apartment hunting site and app to try to find the perfect apartment. I couldn't find a place that felt like a good fit. Then one day while searching on Craigslist, I saw a listing for an apartment that was very affordable and seemed to be almost too good to be true - it was the stuff scams are made of... BUT when I actually went to view the property it was better than expected. Although I ended up moving into a different unit than the one I saw the ad for, I was very pleased with my experience. I always felt safe. The staff was very attentive (at the time it was Danielle and Ebony if I'm remembering correctly, but later was Danielle and Keina). Any maintenance issues I had were handled quickly and efficiently. I loved all of the resident appreciation events even though I couldn't make most of them. Also it was very quiet. I saw many neighbors come and go, but they all were good people despite their walk of life. I honestly could have stayed at the Arts forever, but working in the film industry, the dual strikes made my place a bit harder to afford. Also due to work I'd spent the previous year away from home anyway so a move was inevitable, but overall, I HIGHLY recommend. I've had a few apartments before, but The Arts was by far my best renting experience to date. If I ever move back to Louisiana, they will be my first stop!"

"I have enjoyed my three years at Arts at West Napoleon, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartments, the residents, and especially the staff. I did not often need maintenance or repairs, but the few times I did, staff were very responsive and I never had to worry that something would not get done. Any time I had questions, or just wanted a cup of coffee, I could walk over to the office and know that someone there would smile and help me out. Living at Arts at West Napoleon has been a great experience for me. Thanks to all of you who made that happen."

"I am a person who moves pretty regularly and this apartment complex was by far the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. Keina and Danielle went above and beyond whenever I needed anything. They are so friendly that my dog and I stopped by the office regularly just to say hi. They would always greet us with friendly smiles and a treat for my dog. Maintenance is so friendly and answered service requests so promptly. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Pest control comes often so I didn't see any pests the entire time I stayed here. Friendly residents and lots of dog owners which created such a safe environment. This is especially important for those who live alone. I literally have not one complaint about my experience here."

"I absolutely loved living here. I loved it so much I got at least 3 of my friends to move here too. Danielle and Kiana are the best office team ever. They’re hospitable, welcoming and go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance team is also A1. Any time I had an issue it was handled ASAP. Loved how easy it was to move in with parking being basically in front of the door. I also loved my neighbors (except the new ones that moved in after I’d been there a while but hey you cant have it all). I only lived at the Arts for a year but had I not purchased my home after that year, I promise I would’ve never left. I actually miss living here."

"My husband and I moved in about 4 months ago and we love it here. The complex is gated and very secure. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about how amazing Danielle is, you can really tell how much she cares about the residents. Also our apartment is really nice. It’s incredibly spacious for a one bedroom and has so many nice little details that most cookie-cutter complex apartments lack. The area is safe and the grounds are so well-kept and pretty. Oh, and there’s a dog run in the back which is super convenient! This is a great place to live."
