"DO NOT RENT HERE They don’t clean their units before move in. They don’t replace appliances if they are infested ONLY IF THEY ARE BROKEN. They don’t care that their “maintenance” doesn’t clean properly they will tell you “oh they do it to the best of their abilities” JAN 29th 2024"

The property is EXTREMELY clean and well maintained by an excellent maintenance team. Work orders are handled very quickly and professionally. Kudos to this team! The atmosphere at The Margeaux is quiet and everyone is very nice and friendly. I have two pups and am happy to report that everyone is very pet friendly. I am thrilled with my decision to move here!"
