"Unfortunately I moved to this apartments they only care about the money they didn’t even clean the apartment and the refrigerator before they gave me keys. And they didn’t even provide dishwasher. They provided for some apartments they didn’t provide me."

"I regret moving here this is not a good place to live you can't trust the management they don't do nothing about problems here they raise your rent they lie to you I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"This place was nice when the management before 360 got in there. They harrassed me and my family. They (360) started turning off our electricity when it wasn't theirs to turn off.(this happened in early 2021) I paid my own through entergy. They made mine and my family's life a living hell. Had to go to small claims and the manager showed up once then the second time the Judge dismissed the case because she did not show up, I think because they were doing illegal stuff with the electricity and our AC. They also tried to get other tenants to move out that had been there for years and years so they could get the rent amount they wanted. I don't recommend this place. They do people dirty. They will do y'all dirty too given the chance. They treat people badly and it isn't right. I guess rent at your own discretion."

"Steffany likes to write positive reviews about herself.It used to be a great place, however they switched apartment managers and the new one Steffany is rude, and she'll break walls and harass you just because she feels like it. I watched her screaming at old lady because she was standing in front of her doorway and claimed that she wasn't social distancing. The apartments would be a great place to live but only if they get rid of the manager they have now I could go on and tell you more about what she's done however it would be a 10-page essay"

"The new management is lazy on getting repairs done. also raising the rent on all apts. but yet still not fixing issues. At least when the previous manager was there rent stayed the same and stuff got fixed . sure do miss her. Also the area needs to have some TLC. for the money they asking for need to redo the car ports that were destroyed by hurricane, reapint the place and clean up the utility boxes with all those wires hanging every where looks trashy."
