Motel 6 Groves, TX

"The front desk clerks are rude. I stayed there from Feb. 1 - 4th my room was booked up until the 5 I spoke with booking on a way to get my refund for the day I didn’t stay and I still have not received a refund and they also are giving me the run around about when a manager is suppose to be in to approve my refund. I called in today and a lady hung up on me after telling me that she didn’t see any note on my stay and Also a manager will get back to me and was very disrespectful."

"The area it’s perfect. The rooms are super clean. The housekeeping ladies are doing their job amazing. The parking lots are full most of the time, and the service it’s amazing. They have two ladies working there they are really sweet and a guy there at night but there’s just one lady that needs a little bit more training. She makes you feel really uncomfortable she doesn’t smile she tells you to come back tomorrow or another day!! ** that they are booked when there’s checkouts coming out. and after all I wanted to put on a review . *there’s a sheet on the counter * you have to take a picture . And she tells me that why I’m putting a bad review just because she don’t have rooms . But laughing . This is so unprofessional. I thought about putting this up but it’s been two times this person has been unprofessional. 10am. 1-25-24."

"Well where do I start.. Our first week in the hotel the toliet was leaking,we told front desk several times and no one never fixed it. So I told my husband to just put the mop bucket underneath the toliet to catch the water. After staying 2months at the hotel due to personal reasons.. We get a call while we at work saying the room smell like a "somewhat Marijuana smell" and we was told exactly that! Now there is no one in the room but 2 dogs and we don't DO DRUGS!! Me and my husband left for work at 6am and so the room shouldn't smell like anything but DOGS. I have breathing problems so we knew it was a LIE! After we had just paid 388 dollars and was told we have to leave!! And I could not get a refund...pist is a understatement my level of anger and frustration NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE!! We had no where to go I had just paid our last for that room until the next week.. All the lady said was u can smell a "somewhat like Marijuana smell but it's faint" and she said she went into the room but she did not see anything, idk what she was looking for. So yea if I could give a negative below 0 I would and it's not over because I'm a different kind of customer and I want my money and I deserve my money!!! I want the district manager and the general manager and all owner parties information because I deserve a meeting a conference call something because yall staff fabricated a story and with a 100 different LIES!!"

"Just needed a place to sleep last minute and was delightfully surprised. It is not the Trump Towers, it’s the Motel 6. But, this hotel was nicely renovated and very clean. The bedding was good quality and the staff were awesome. Nothing to improve on other than a couple of extra pillows would be nice. Dog friendly with no fees and no harassment, what more do you really need?"
