"I have been seeing Dr. Church aka Bud for around 5 years. I enjoy seeing him but his employees that answer the phone and in billing are extremely rude and unprofessional. I just called to make an appointment and sat on hold for 22 minutes and then got transferred to Charlotte in Billing and Charlotte kept talking over me, wouldnt let me get a word in, and even began screaming at me. I did not find this action to be professional at all. I have used to the same insurance since seeing Dr.Church."

"I’ve been going to Dr Proctor for over 10 years. He’s a good doctor and I enjoy my visits with him. Lately his office is so overwhelmed that they are starting to slip in billing and customer service. I changed insurance 6 months ago but they keep billing the old insurance company. Also they have a phone tree to help assist with incoming calls but every time I call I’m asked to be put on hold. I wish we could go back to the way it was 10 years ago."

"I was in need of a primary care physician so I went online and searched. I came across Beaumont Family Practice, visited their website, and read up on the doctors. I completed the new patient documentation on the website and awaited a message from them. I received an email on March 30 from Carri Garner, their new patient coordinator, asking for me to send a copy of my insurance card; I did. The entire month of April went by without a response. I followed up on May 3 and received no response. I will be going to a different PCP. That is unprofessional and poor prioritization of customer service."
