"I had the most amazing pregnancy experience at Texas Center for Health. First the positives: Dr. Al-Bayan is extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, she took her time every visit to listen to all of my concerns and questions. I had complications at the end of my pregnancy bc, and she was the calm in my storm. She heard my symptoms and sent me straight to the hospital where she called ahead and had a room set up and ready for delivery. She left her clinic patients to deliver me (hello wait time) and not once did I feel she was rushed or not completely present through my delivery. Also, she was there twice a day postpartum until I was discharged. Her heart for her patient’s is huge, and I would follow her anywhere for my next baby. Rhonda Monceaux also played a huge factor in my positive experience. She is who saw me half the time, and each time she was the kindest, most patient nurse practitioner. Every visit with her I felt like I was talking to a friend through my questions. You can tell both of them have a passion for what they do, and a heart to serve. Let me say that I have been to several OB/GYN offices in Beaumont and have had long wait times at each one. I would rather wait in the clinic and have her be there for my delivery than have an on call doctor deliver. I would also wait all day for the kind of care I had, though it’s never ideal. I will forever appreciate the doctors, NPs, and staff for making my pregnancy so easy."

"Wow!!! This has been one of my most pleasant experiences at a physicians office. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional! Also, the facility was super clean and comfortable! Thank you Dr. Al-Bayan and staff!!!!!"

"This office is a mess! Long wait times, if you need an RX, bet that you will have to call back after you have left to make sure it’s sent. Dr Al bayan is great but the management of this office is ABSOLUTELY atrocious."

"Dr Al Bayan is lovely & very kind, knowledgeable, and skilled in her field… but the facility itself doesn’t stand out as exceptional by any means. I’m lucky to be seen 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time (it’s been an hour and a half so far today) and the section they have for children has a broken bench that a child could be seriously injured on. I would absolutely recommend the doctor to others, but only if she worked at a new facility honestly. Update: I waited two hours and finally left without ever seeing anyone. It took one hour to be put in a room and I waited another hour before realizing no one was going to come in. I will never recommend this facility, ever."

"These stars belong to a women named Kayla. I hope she is running the show there because she has made a world of a difference. I received a bill from the lab after getting a test done that I was unaware I was getting or would have approved if I knew. I left a review and she called me that same day and started off by apologizing to me and saying how she understood where I was coming from and that this should be explained to patients before proceeding, even if they have insurance. Since my insurance hadn't kicked in yet I was self pay that day so it was really important to know what was part of the initial $450 that I payed before the visit and what would be an extra cost. I really urge people to pay attention to lab work as all of that can be separate, and that you can also decline tests that are not necessary. Anyways, we chatted for a bit going over each part of my review that I was unsatisfied with and was really able to give me helpful responses to address each concern. She ended with saying that she will do everything she can to get this bill taken care of will keep me updated on the progress. She called me the next day and said she was able to take care of it and that I was all set. She literally made my day because after opening a $2,000 bill the day before it brought tears to my eyes and now I have relief. So thank you Kayla! My NP and ultrasound lady were really pleasant as well I enjoyed my experience with them. Sorry I don't remember their names."
