"First time did a walk-in and while the door said no appointment needed, there was a sign that said appointment was necessary. The next time, the staff was extremely friendly, and the wait was very short. Talked with a nurse practitioner, got great service. Highly recommended."

"My daughter went in for a dislocated shoulder. They knew this before I even completed paperwork. We waited for almost an hour (apparently, they were short-staffed) and brought us to the back only to tell us they are not qualified to handle that. I was most peeved that I paid a co-pay for them to tell us they couldn't handle the issue and had to go to ER. They literally could have said that when I walked in so that our time and money wasn't wasted. I would like my co-pay back because I literally paid for non-service but I already know that will likely not happen."

"I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. The provider lacked personality and empathy. She hardly asked me any questions regarding my reason for the visit to the clinic. She did not display confidence in her ability to treat and diagnosis. At first, she was going to treat me for a relapse of the flu despite a negative test. Then I was offered antibiotics rather than be prescribed medication for the flu. She asked me have I had any fever. If she would have looked at the nurses note the provider would have been informed of the fever. Her exam she performed was absolutely horrible at best. She did listen to my chest with stethoscope and that concluded her examination. When I left the clinic I was not given discharge paperwork. I will not return to this clinic."

"Good experience, using this facility for my daughter a few months ago and again for myself. The Dr./NP(Jessi) that took care of me did a great job, and was very easy to talk to, she explained my follow up treatment & aftercare very well. She made me feel comfortable with having an unpleasant procedure done. Both of the receptionists and the Nurse were nice and easy to work with. I recommend making an online appointment because they had no appointments available when I went the day before. *Update* 1/10/24 Returned for a follow up visit with Jessi to manage a previous treatment with her. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable on treating my medical issue. I highly recommend her and the AFC Facility. I chose a mid-morning appointment to minimize my wait time."

"Very bad experience. Went last night and the waiting room was packed and I was told they were short handed. I asked if it was better to make an appointment the next day versus walk-in. I was told yes it was. That's fine, I made an appointment for following day. At that appointment, was called back quickly but after waiting 90 minutes in the room, I asked nurse for status. Nurse said "she's" across the hall and then she'll be in your room. 30 minutes later I asked again for status from a different nurse. She said she'd check. Came back in and said y'all are all ready to go, your work excuse is up front!!! I exclaimed we haven't been seen!!! We've been here 2 hours. What's the point of making an appointment if walk-ins are going in front of you. She said she'd check. She came back and said there's two in front of you. I told her I was told 30 minutes ago there was one in front of us. The appointment was two hours ago. She says she'll check on the appointment. Fairly quickly, the Nurse Practitioner comes in and I let her know I'm angry about the situation. I was thinking she was the highest person of authority there so she'd want to know about the disorganization at her facility. Her response was "I just go where they tell me to go". She said something to the effect that they must have lost your appointment. She says, If you don't like it, you can walk out. No apologies...nothing. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option."
