"Saw NP Karen with sinus infection symptoms. She asked if I wanted a Covid test but did so in a way that she was more so insisting I did. Never reported any distinct Covid symptoms such as soreness and loss of taste/smell. After results came back negative, she prescribed a weak cough medicine, bromphen and no antibiotics. My mom went in around the same time and she did the same with her, except my mom never got better. She asked them for antibiotics and they declined to prescribe any. About a week later she called and told them she was still not better and asked again for an antibiotic. They wanted her to come in again which is somewhat expected, but they charged her for a full visit to my knowledge. When I went, the lady that was taking my blood pressure etc was very rude. Young white girl. I recently started getting billed for the full visit - a whopping $470, half of which was the Covid test I was strongly urged to get but didn’t really want. Nobody ever mentioned how costly it was and I feel it’s unfair to do that to someone without discussing costs first. Got a letter in the mail a few days ago explaining the bill for my visit. They stated that although my claim was paid for by my insurer, they weren’t able to collect the “explanation of benefits” from them. They then informed me because of this, they billed me for the full balance. Seems a little crazy to me! Used to like this place but will not be going back again. Too many other urgent cares to go to that have a better patient experience."

"I brought my one year old due to severe cough, slight fever, and vomiting. The nurse practitioner Karen saw her in the evening and diagnosed her with ear infections and pink eye. It didn’t feel right so I brought her to the pediatrician the next morning before giving any medications. The pediatrician tested her for RSV which was positive!!! He also confirmed no pink eye or ear infections. Ears were clear with her tubes still in place. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and ignored the nurse practitioner!!! The antibiotics the nurse prescribed would have made her feel worse."

"I went in with what I thought was some dehydration from vomiting. S. Clark FNP really went to bat for me. I was actually having bigger issues that ended up needing surgery. Not only did she get my CT results massively rushed, her documentation got my surgery approved by insurance in a day and surgery was done two weeks later. All I can say is thank you!"

"Great service sweetest NP saw me. Only thing I wont be going back just because they bill as office visits not urgent care. I intentionally went to an urgent care because my insurance pays 100% if billed as uc in network. Bit misleading and i feel like the law should make providers advise how they bill before they do. I appreciated the sweet staffing, clean place and great help though."
