"Excellent customer service at the Beaumont store for the sale but after 30 days our bed is still not functioning as advertised. After 10+ frustrating customer service calls, a new pump (self installation), and a "technician" call (delivery guy) still no success in connecting to the Sleep IQ app. The local manager offered store merchandise but it's not about $$, it's about receiving what was paid for. In addition, upon delivery my spouse was home. They did not inflate the bed because the pump power cord did not reach...so they manually inflated the bed and left! Maybe they could have asked "Do you have an extension cord?" So, great initial customer service at the store, we like the bed but I offer ZERO stars for Sleep Number follow up customer service and the delivery experience. Very disappointing. August 2021: Update - still not resolved. Never again."
