"Well other then the man who answers the phones, who I will add is quite rude and condescending, everyone else was polite and quite nice! I want to say thank you to Cheyenne who was amazing. I have a needle phobia and she did everything she could to calm me and make the experience as pain free as possible. I went in and within a minute or two I was having the draw. And the speed in which the deliver the results to your doc is amazing. The only difficulty I ran into was getting copies for myself sent via email. Dealing with the guy who answers the phones made me quite frustrated. All in all I will use them in the future for all my bloodwork. Thanks guys!"
