"The staff was unprofessional. I arrived at the office at 4:10p and was told that my orders had not been sent. After calling the Nurse to confirm that my request had been sent, the lady at the front desk told me I'd have to come back the next day. The nurse who sent my orders confirmed that they had been sent and received TWICE (once at 3:29p and again at 4:17p)."

"This place is absolutely awful. I've set foot in here one time and never plan on doing so again. I gave them an order from my doctor for CT scan and x-rays sometime before Christmas, and as soon as I gave them the order, I told them that my insurance had changed and I gave the front desk lady my insurance card. She said she would run it and they would call me for an appointment. More than two weeks later I call back wondering why they haven't called. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and she tells me my insurance denied it (they ran the wrong insurance anyway) and they had me call some number to try peer to peer. When I called the number, the lady I spoke to told me I shouldn't even be calling them, that was their job, and she apologized for them for even making me call. After this, I called my insurance, and they said they never even received anything from Diagnostic Health at all. So, I called back and told them they didn't run the right insurance, they asked for my insurance again, and I gave it to them. ANOTHER two weeks later, I call again wondering what's happening, and I get the rude woman on the phone again and she tells me, "I TOLD you your insurance denied it, and you can't get it done." At this point I was absolutely livid and explained to her that they ran the wrong insurance, and I gave them my current insurance the moment I walked into the facility, and again a few weeks later. She proceeds to say, "Well, I don't work at the front desk, you didn't give it to me." which was extremely unprofessional. I told her I don't care who I gave it to, I've already given it to you twice. She then asks me for my insurance a THIRD time, and I give it to her. By this time, I was fed up. I called my doctor and told him to refer me somewhere else. That Friday (1/26), they sent me to Memorial MRI and as soon as I walked in, they set my appointment, took my insurance, and over the weekend, asked me to confirm my appointment. By Monday (1/29), I had my CT scan and X-rays done. It's Tuesday, and I got a call back from Diagnostic Health to set up my appointment. I refuse to even answer. I will never go to that place and do not recommend anyone else to go there. It was a very frustrating experience, especially for someone in pain."

"Went for mammogram Nov.30th, my dr sent them the paperwork I had to call 2 weeks later to get an appointment scheduled, got no call to confirm appointment, never received my card or the call afterwards and its been over a month they are horrible, I will probably go elsewhere next time."

"Called to setup appointment at the PA location. Had to get my Dr. Office to fax over orders 2 or 3 times. Once I got a schedule I figured great let's get this thing done. Arrived to the PA location only to find that it has been closed down. Not one time was that mentioned when I called the listed PA number. I frantically try to get in touch with the BMT office and have issues. Thankfully my wife was able to get right through and they confirm that the PA office has been closed for a good while. I fly to BMT and when I arrive I find the biluilding very dated and the phone system looks like it came off of Noah's Ark. The front desk pesonel was very friendly and helpful. The tech who did my ultrasound was top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. Once the ultrasound was completed. It took several days to get the results. Not sure if that was due to my Dr. Office or due to Diagnostic Health. I ended up calling twice and finally had a helpful staff member just email me the report. All in all I'm pretty sure a majority of the issues faced here is not staffing issues but rather outdated technology that hinders staff from performing to the excellent standards they desire to."

"Never got there to have my exam. My doctors office had to send a referral 3 times and finally had to call. Finally got an appointment and cancelled the. The person that called me was rude. I guess she thought her phone was muted but I heard everything she said before canceling my appointment. It a shame that I have to continue further in pain because the staff hinders the doctors from seeing patients."
