"We visited Caddo Lake for two nights, so we stayed at this place. It is very conveniently located to the marina from where we were taking boats to go on the lake. The rooms are clean, but spartan. It is more like a cabin, rather than a hotel room. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There aren't any cooking utensils. There are grills outside on the patio so you can bbq a burger or chicken. There was a double bed and a twin bed in our room. The beds were a bit soft, but it depends on personal preference. There are picnic tables on the patio. The surrounding is peaceful. There was a TV in the room but we did not use it. The wifi worked well. There is a cafe near the marina that is open for limited hours. I don't know if there is a grocery or a general store in the vicinity. The refrigerator worked well, so you could buy some breakfast or sandwich stuff and keep it there. If you plan to eat in the room or on the patio, remember to bring paper plates, napkins, paper towels, eating utensils,paper cups, bottle openers, etc."

"We are ALWAYS last minute when we decide to getaway to Caddo…. these folks never disappoint!!! They accommodate our very specific needs (2 adults, at least 5 kids, 3 rooms, 3 boats..) every time we call!!! We’ve stayed at both their properties & they’ve got our business forever!! Rooms are clean, reasonably priced, equipped with fridge, microwave…. beds are comfy & they have all amenities available for outdoor cooking!! The hospitality is 5 star…. I love these folks & the fine establishment they created!!!"

"We got to the state park and realized we forgot our tent. Quick google search lead us here . Owners were great and accommodating for our last minute booking and arrival at 9 PM. Room was nice and beds cozy. Woke to gorgeous lake views and some excellent paddling. We were only passing through thus could only stay one night but plan on returning to enjoy more time exploring the lake via kayaks. Oh yea, they also have kayaks and a canoe available for use"

"Oh my goodness! This was an amazing trip. The Lodge was peaceful; it had it's own docks, kayaks, canoe, stunning views. Great place to stay for a group.. the lodge sleeps 10 and there are 8 inn rooms, right next door. The new owners are very accommodating people. We are already planning a return trip."
