"Service seems to be 'hit-or-miss' depending on which technician you get. Today I was charged about twice as much per tire for balancing than I had been charged a few weeks ago for a different vehicle (~$20 vs. ~$10). When confronted, the tech claimed the flat, stick-on wheel weights used on this vehicle were a lot more expensive than the clip-on type used before -- which, of course, is a lie. Also, management was made aware of this but didn't bother to correct it and (conveniently?) failed to provide a receipt."

"Got in and out in 15 minutes. They’re gonna talk to you like your mad Mexican dad but they get the job done and I believe they are honest about your tires’ conditions. I would go back if I need to. Edit: turns out they rip you off, especially when you don’t know anything about tires. The guy told me and showed me how my tire was scratched up from driving with a flat and it could pop if I take it like that. They suggested I buy a tire which I did. My dad later brings me my original tire that they said was messed up. They had fixed it up and had it ready to sell. The tire was new and they knew that so they were gonna try to make their money by ripping me off."
