"Horrible customer service' I was late ten mins due to traffic and not my regular guy ty but the other short dude cancelled my appointment! Not to mention I actually called to let him know. The entire time I called before to verify my appointment to telling him I was late he appeared to have an attitude! (They literally had one customer it's a Monday) I love Ty's work but the other dude messed it up for me! I spend over $100 every time I go into this establishment and not to mention wait 20-30 mins passed my appointment time each and every time! I don't do bad customer service! Now I have to look for another talented nail tech!"

"I was assured they could do a mani/pedi in 1 hour. They met the mark on time, but I walked out without any nail polish or even oil on my cuticles. The nail tech wasn't told I was short on time. When I told him, he rushed through the pedi and only trimmed, or rather yanked my cuticles off with dull, rusty trimmers that he had to stop and oil to get the squeeking tostop. I paid the $57, went home & did it myself. I regret not refusing to pay."
