"Tiffany was my tech for a while. I simply suggested to fix the colors on my nails to save her more work and she told me to find a new nail tech that she cold no longer help me. I left with my nails looking horrible! I have never been treated so poorly in my life for trying to help keep her from having to do extra work! I was being nice. Like the old saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished. I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone! EVER!!!"

"I had Melissa as my stylist. I had never dyed my hair before so I showed her a picture and whenever she would discuss the hair or ask a question I would say whatever you do just make it look like the picture- I don’t know any technical terms- so please just this. I told Melissa I was not happy with my hair and she said it was exactly what I had asked for but if I wanted to I could come back and pay for another session. They were very adamant they do not give refunds. Finally Melissa said she would fix it but was still forceful that she had done what the picture had showed so I obviously didn’t trust her to “fix it”."
