"first the girl at the front got mad because i didn't want her to do my nails & when she did my feet they were so ugly.. & she filed them uneven. won't be going back AT ALL."
"I googled nail salons in the Beaumont area as my sister and I traveled down here from deep east Texas. Of course, this establishment was rated pretty high. Inasmuch, we decided to give them a try...(my Cousin came to meet up with us also and got a pedicure). Anyway, I would have given them a 4☆, but the customer service wasn't too welcoming with us. If I spend my money at an establishment, I do expect a nice level of professionalism and customer service."
"The ladies were rude to multiple other customers. Even going as far as scaring off 2 potential customers. The young lady doing my nails had a very poor attitude and 2 of my nails were chipped. Overall the work on my nails was very sloppy. The lady then even had the nerve to overcharge me $5. I recieved a full set (powder) in a pastel blue which is $25 but my debit card was charged for $30."
