"I do not suggest this company to anyone! They took my money to insure a 77 dodge truck, and cannot even keep insurance policies for it. They went as far as to make a false policy on a vehicle. I did not even on and it took me a month and a half to figure it out. They made several policy changes over a course of months without ever once contact me by phone email text or anything.!! when I call to try and talk to Shariq which is the only agent they say they have I get blocked from whatever number I’m calling on. They literally do not care at all about trying to make this right after selling me fake insurance.!!! I literally had to contact Texas department of insurance to find out my rights.filing a complaint today!!! Also will be looking into small claims court!!! And the women Juanita is a rude and is a liar!"

"My experience has been great until today. This agent charged my debit card three times the aount owe. When I questioned it poor customer service steps in when the agent tried to lie and claimed I had not been charged three times the amount owe. But good ole text alerts do not lie. Im like wow!!!!! Whats going on???????"
