"I usually don't have any issues with Sport Clips. I have been going to other locations for years. I have gotten awful haircuts here twice now (never again). I have medium/longish hair and wanted to just "get rid of some volume and keep the length" without having to go to a higher end salon/barber. The woman pretty much ignored my request and ended up cutting extremely short. She took no note of how it looked when I originally came in and tried to part it the wrong way. I told her that it doesn't go that way and that I wanted it pushed straight back (how it originally was). She took some product and tried to push it back but it was so short that it just stuck straight up and flopped around. I looked absurd, but she made no comment and beckoned me towards the front desk to pay. Do NOT come here if you need something other than a fade or crew cut."
