"My experience with the Doggett team, especially Austin McCracken, was outstanding. We had previously settled on the terms for the new vehicle and my trade-in via phone. Despite a few missing documents on my part, Austin ensured a seamless process, preparing everything in advance of my arrival. Remarkably, the entire transaction—from my arrival at Doggett to driving away in my new car—took less than 30 minutes, that’s including me cleaning out my old car and the transfer of car seats. Additionally, when I realized I had left my sunglasses in my old car, a quick call to Austin resolved the issue, and he promptly mailed them to me that very day."

"Right about a year and a half ago, I had to go to this dealer for a recall issue. Upon completion of the work, I was asked to complete a review, which I did. In the original review, I rated the experience as three stars, as there were both good and frustrating elements of the experience. Yesterday, I received an email notifying me that the dealer had responded to my review--FROM A YEAR AND A HALF AGO! I am struggling to verbalize how absurd this action is. The obvious element of absurdity is the gap of time between the original work and the submission of my review until now. Beyond that though, the reply from the representative of the dealer clearly indicated that he did not really read my initial review. I had stated in the review that I do not conduct business with dealers outside of recall situations or things that absolutely no one else can do; however, in the reply, the associate from the deal was pleading for me to contact him so that they could earn my business back. Earning business back when you never had it really would be an impressive feat though. On a positive note, I guess this whole exchange really vindicates my anti-dealer philosophy."

"Pleased with our overall service from the moment I walked through the door. Rep took good care of me and followed up with my concerns. The only issue that seems to be a pattern, is the technicians do not wipe the oil hand marks from the interior and exterior of my car. This happens every time and it’s so obvious. I’ve commented on this each survey after my visit but it obviously has not been addressed. Disappointed in that part. But overall satisfied with the simple oil change."
