"I had been looking for a truck that will pull a 5th wheel rv that we were working on buying in Texas. Unfortunetuly for us the truck I ordered from Ford back in October of 2021 did not happen in the time frame I was expecting so I cancelled the order. The next thing was to try and find one in Texas while we are down here until the 20th of March After going over hundreds of trucks on the internet we decided on a truck at Roberts Ford. Based on the information and the pictures only we started the process of buying it. Our sales guy Gavan and finance guy TJ went over everything and we did the deal over the internet by e-signing the documents. it was one of the easiest purchases we have ever done. I had asked before coming to get the truck if they could tint the front windows and Gavan set it up. I didn't mention this in the beginning but the truck, a 2019 Ford F350 was 344 miles away from where we were! We made the trip and everything turned out great!
