"I brought my 2018 Durango in for a few service issues. I was very hesitant at first because I have heard a lot of horror stories about this dealership and was told to take it to Sour Lake or or Silsbee. But I experienced nothing but positive things. They gave me a nice loaner and communicated with me through the whole process. I'm sure there are some who may disagree but I can only speak on my experience. Great job guys."

"I really wish I could give a no star review ! They deserve nothing ! They sold me a Jeep under false pretenses that the gas cap needed to be replaced and only that. Turns out there's a leak in the fuel line etc. They had me bring it to the shop on the 31st day that I had it. After that I was shown paperwork that they knew what was wrong with it prior to me buying it. After that they tried to trade me out of the vehicle and put in a brand new one at Granger Chevrolet. Then the Jeep place tried to put me in something the paint was peeling etc. the management is horrible ! The owners are not nice people . As a matter of fact they are down right ugly . This will not be tolerated in our town. Let me add this. I have a 70+ lady at my church that is paying a note on a vehicle she can't drive from Granger ! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM ANYTHING WITH THE NAME GRANGER ON IT ! Find me on Facebook and see the other that have posted they got taken advantage of !"

"I had the absolute BEST experience at Granger!!! 5/5, 10/10, 20/20 stars!!! I had my eyes on a 2022 Jeep Compass. It fell through at other dealerships due to poor service. I found one at Granger and within ONE phone call, I was given all of the information, a very very reasonable price, & GREAT customer service!! I left within the hour and headed out of state to get the vehicle. We pulled up, I was greeted at the front door by Connor, shown the car, & brought inside his office. He had the papers ready to go, sent me to finance where Johnny talked to me about additional benefits (without being pushy) & had his papers ready to be signed as well!! When I came out of his office, my Jeep was waiting outside, detailed, cranked with the A/C on & a full tank of gas!! Within 30 minutes of arriving, I was pulling out of the parking lot in my brand new vehicle!! Truly the BEST experience & made the car buying process so smooth & fun!! Highly recommend!!"
