"Would not recommend J.T. to anyone. Job took more than twice as long as it was supposed to. Minus two days waiting on insurance company. Every time I call they would say two of three more days.. More like two or three more weeks. The work is Meh at best. They left the inside of my truck nasty. Paint dust everywhere and you can see they gave a tiny effort to wipe it up. Left window seal rubber piled up behind the bask seat. Cut the bed liner off of the bed bolts and did not re cover them. Wife had to take the truck back to get some scuffs buffed out and some trim fixed that they did not install correctly. The only positive thing i can say about them is they offered a loaner when the rental ran out because they had the truck so long.. Which originally was only supposed to take about two weeks -ish. Not even going to get into the customer service when you try to talk to someone other than the manager. Anyway. One Star. No not recommend!"

"Approximately 2 years ago my granddaughter while attending tech was involved in an accident which the insurance co deemed a total wreck. Massive damage was caused to the front end. The car is a Nissan Maxima. I had it towed to Jim Taylor body shop and decided to have it repaired instead of totaled. Even though it was a Nissan Ken the shop foreman bent over backwards to get the work done to a near flawless condition down to a perfectly blended paint job. With me living 4 hrs away Ken was very patient keeping me up to date on the phone and making me feel that his number one priority was to give my granddaughter back a car that was safe.. I did not have to bring it back for any redos. Fast forward two years and the car had an issue that I thought was a transmission problem. Not knowing anyone in Ruston I went to the one man I knew I could trust, Ken.. He suggested a shop that I brought it to. Come to find out it wasn’t the transmission but a much lesser problem and fixed it in one day. Honest people know other honest people. So if you need body work or have a child away at school Ken will look out for them."

"Extremely poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. I was lied to over and over about the status of my vehicle. 6 weeks after drop off and still no vehicle, went by and found my vehicle had only had damaged parts removed!!!! Nothing was fixed after 6 weeks. No new parts or paint were on after 6 weeks! Still waiting and would not use them again if they would do the work for free. Worst service imaginable"

"The work is good...however the office staff waited till almost closing on a Friday evening to tell me my car was ready...the insurance quit paying on the rental and I was responsible for the charges of the rental until Monday because they did not get an extension like they said they would. Dropped the ball on this one."

"Best prices on body work around, quick estimates, and excellent work. My cars come back looking even better than before. I have brought vehicles to Kenny more times than I care to admit. This shop has handled everything from near-total-loss damage to fender bender scrapes for folks I know, and everyone I've sent their way has had the same positive experience."
