"My coworker and I went to eat there so we ordered a 16 piece meal with 3 large sides and I understand that they had to make some spicy chicken so they told us it would be out 6 minutes after we ordered. We stood there 15 minutes and I still had to ask what was going on with our order. Four customers behind us came and left with their food and we still hadn't gotten served. The chicken finally came out and it sat there for about 5 minutes before we were served. After they served us our food, we asked if we could have two boat trays (plates) to eat our food there and the young man said they ran out and didn't have any more. So we just started to make a mess on the table. Who's going to be able to eat every possible flake of crispy chicken coming off those bones? When we started eating, an employee from therewhose shift had ended saw us eating without plates and he asked us if they didn't give us plates so we told him they told us they ran out. He said "they didn't run out, I work here" he went to the back and got us what we needed. If it weren't for him, we would of made a big mess. As we were leaving, I asked the young man at the register if I could have two smaller containers so I can take for lunch tomorrow and he said he didn't have any more. He said he was down to his last two. He couldn't give those to me. The food was good but the service SUCKED BAD! It was not just bad service, IT SUCKED BAD! We will not be going back to that location."

"The food was decent. There is a cashier there ...short ...wears glasses....her attitude is horrible. I honestly will drive off if I see her there. Food is average. You gotta catch em on their good days."

"02JUL23 ~ It is easy to give five stars when they serve the best fried chicken, I like the spicy white chicken, I have ever had. The chicken is normally hot & spicy, thoroughly cooked, moist, and with a crispy/crunchy & tasty crust. This visit did not disappoint. The young guy that took my order was genuinely friendly, well spoken, and helpful. The young woman that gave me my chicken was also very nice and well spoken. I do not know their names but the receipt showed my 'host' as 'Jasmine'. Thank you for the good combination of food and staff. It was really hot today & this was a nice lift in my day."
