"I was trying to place an order and the cashier claiming to be the manager was very rude. I was asking For the Texas fizz special can I get it two different ways and the response was if the package if they pack it like that no you cannot get it like that. Why would I give it to you like that manager I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager 20 January it is 28th 2024 At 2:30 I feel the customer service was very rude. I feel someone needs to do a training and a undercover both need to be there be and by the way I’m not in town I’m from out of state and this sad to get poor Service and by the way, the front door is locked and the line is very long outside and I had to wait 25 minutes for garbage customer service I ever had"

"They’re not taking orders in the drive thru & don’t have a sign up, when I pulled up to the window the lady looked right at me and didn’t say anything. Then I see a guy and wave him over and without coming to the window he tells me while motioning his hands you have to go inside to order!"

"Me and my brother walked in and my brother was walking towards the right as if to go to the bathroom. What we didn't know is the bathroom part is in the store and can't be accessed from inside the church's part of the store. As my brother was walking towards that area instead of the store owner saying excuse me sir and then explaining why that's not a bathroom area. She instead yelled over and over again "STORE SIDE" after my brother turned around went outside and went next door to use the bathroom. She didn't even look me in my eye and asked me for my order really forcefully. Then I told her I was there for a mobile order and she asked me what the name was and I told her it was on my phone screen I have my phone screen pointed towards her so she could see. And the reason I was doing this is because I couldn't pronounce the name and I just wanted her to see how it was spelled. And she yelled over and over again "what's the name what's the name what's the name" I said I'm not sure how to pronounce it it's right here on my screen. And she said no you can tell me the name while she continued yelling. I canceled the order because I did not want to deal with this person. Until they get someone to replace her and the coworkers that were backing her up. This place is not a good place to go. I'm sure the food's great but the atmosphere sucks and the attitudes are awful"

"I stopped by Church's Chicken for a quick bite on the way home. I hadn't been here in quite some time but had a taste for Church's chicken. I ordered spicy flavored chicken but was disappointed when I drove to the window, when I was told they only had mild. In addition, the restaurant no longer sells sweet tea. I really liked their tea."
