"Make sure y’all check y’all food before leaving I been here a handful of times and more than half of those times I haven’t received my full order .. i don’t know if it’s the new hires or the training. My order don’t even be that large I can imagine you guys buying family meals and items being missing by the time u get home and check your bags for a nice meal to only get disappointment … I just had to say something this being goin on too many times and I’m so patient to wait in line why can’t y’all have patience and fulfill a Order !"
"The prices have gotten out of control and the portions have shrunk. This could be a great chicken place and I would come here often but not anymore. I ordered the spicy chicken strip meal. Almost $14 for a 6 piece. The strips were tiny and it took forever to get the order. I called customer service. Nothing. Could not get anyone on the phone. I will never eat here again."
