"I just had a great experience at their drive-through. Service was fast and courteous. For the 10 pieces spicy I ordered they asked if I wanted two mild pieces instead of waiting for two spicy pieces to finish frying. I will go out of my way to use this location instead of Staring from now on."
"Consistently the worst food service I've ever experienced. The chicken is good if they get your order right. Other than that, the wait times are excessive. Today I waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online despite the drive through line being completely empty (see attached picture). They had asked me to pull over and wait. Orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Today my order was missing multiple sides and sauces. I didn't see this until I got home. Given how long I had to wait for my order in the first place, going back for the rest of my order was out of the question. I want to patronize this location since I enjoy the food and it's close to where I live. But with consistently bad experiences over the past I just can't bring myself to go here anymore. I hope they're able to fix their issues."
