"I use to enjoy this la madeleine location, but it really is starting to decline in quality. The last time I went here the omelette I ordered was not fully cooked all the way. It was also kinda hard trying to find a clean utensil as well. The employees seem like they are getting ruder, but you do still have some pretty good ones and the atmosphere is overall nice, but I don’t think I can recommend this la madeleine location anymore."

"Update: Management took my very small complaint ans mishap very seriously. They called me, apologized and asked me how I preferred to make it right. For me, just knowing that businesses of this size don't ignore small things like this makes a world of difference! Thank you for rectifying the situation! I went to the desk to pay and ordered a caramel macchiato and a blueberry muffin. I picked my muffin and came back to the table to wait for my drink. I was sitting waiting for my guest, she came about 10 minutes later and we talked at least another 10 minutes and I still hadn't gotten my drink. I saw him coming with other drinks and he says did you ever get your hot chocolate? I said no. He gave me a hot chocolate that he had on his tray on the way to the other table, so I didn't get what I paid for. I didn't complain because I was with a guest but I couldn't understand why it took so long or why it was wrong after that. I was the only one ordering at the time and the restaurant was very slow. The muffin was good but I would have liked if it were warm. I'm glad it was something small and sure it was just a mistake so I would go back."

"Always a treat to go here. Had the build your own omelet, great croissants, good coffee and free bread samples with butter and jam. Been going since the first store opened on Mockingbird Ave in Dallas many years ago. A classic eatery."

"We had the Monte Cristo Sandwich, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tomato Basil Soup, and the Strawberries Romanoff. The picky eaters had a pizza. The soup, as usual, was delicious. It could have been warmer but it was good. The Monte Christi was a glorified (bland) ham sandwich. You could barely taste any ham in it. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich was mediocre at best. The strawberries with the sauce were delicious. The bread and jelly samples were good as always. Picky Eater Rating: 10 out of 10, they liked the pizza. One picky eater loved the Strawberries Romanoff. The other picky eater didn’t want to try them. Everything appeared to be clean and organized."

"The family and I love eating here! The food is fresh and delicious. My favorites are the Chicken Caesar sandwich and tomato soup. The freshly baked bread is always great as well. They have lots of amazing desserts… we recommend to anyone looking for something different than a burger place."
