"When ordering requested no Mayo or onions on sandwich, wasn’t prepared that way. Sent back in for remake, was asked to pull forward. 3-5 mins later sandwich was brought out, pulled over to check the sandwich. They wiped the mayonnaise off, bun soggy, you clearly could see that it was wiped off with Mayo still on tomato. Worst of all look like the bun was dropped, had white cotton fibers on it. Horrible customer service when returned."

"Store was not busy at all. Only 1 customer other than me. Got passed like 4-5 times at the counter when trying to order. Asked if I can have my order taken lady said ok then got passed by another 2 times by the same lady on the counter. Slow service. Gave me cold food and some uncooked fries. Kitchen staff walking around the store like if they’re shopping at Walmart. Staff on their phones like zombies"
