"I have never had a problem with Starbuck and am a loyal customer as we travel and visit stores all over the country. However, the manager at the store in Central, Rita, is rude and should not be in a management position as her customer service skills are very lacking, to say the least. I ordered on the app today and asked my grand daughter to pick up the order before I left town. We do this often and she is kind enough to do pick my order up for me. One of the drinks, however, was not handed to her at the drive through window. When she arrived at my home, I called the store. A young man answered and said he did not see the drink on the counter and it must have been given to someone else but she could drive back to the store and get one. I asked him if he could just refund my credit card, as I am not coming back that way. He said that he couldn't do that but could let me speak with a manager. Rita, "the manager", blamed my grand daughter but told me that she could give me a drink the next time I came in or I would have to come in to get a cash refund, otherwise I would need to call the app. Although it was inconvenient I understood but I informed Rita that I wasn't happy. Before I could explain why, which was because she took no responsibility for the mistake and instead blamed my grand daughter, she started ranting on the phone about how it wasn't their fault. Rita continued to rant on the phone, blaming my grand daughter and explaining to me how she should have known what was on the order and turned her car around after it wasn't handed to her at the drive through window. When I disagreed she said the "drink is on the counter". When I informed her that the young man I spoke with earlier said that the drink was not on the counter and must have been given to someone else. She then said she threw it away and sarcastically said "you don't want a cold drink do you?" At that point Rita became very defensive and argumentative even telling me that I was arguing with her, even though I couldn't get a word in. She kept saying that this was my grand daughters fault (she is 16 years old). I told her I wasn't happy and disagreed with her, explaining that this certainly wasn't my grand daughters fault. As a manager, she took no responsibility and never apologized for their mistake. I asked to speak with her boss (to complain about her) but she yelled over me and said she was the boss. I asked for the owners name and she continue to talk over me and accused me of arguing with her. I kept saying her name to try and interrupt her so that I could get her to tell me who the person above her is. The CC's that just opened will get my business in Central as this was the most unprofessional experience I have had with Starbucks and I don't believe the company should condone or put people in a management position that are obviously not trained or capable. Mistakes happen, but treating customers with such disrespect should never be acceptable."

"I do not leave reviews in general but I feel like someone (a manager or owner) needs to know how terribly awful the customer service and wait time is at this place! I love every Starbucks I go to and this one is convenient to my house, but I am DONE with this location! I’ve been here several times. Let me explain my experiences: First, I ordered a cake pop along with drinks and the guy at the register was playing around with his coworkers so he accidentally he gave me 3 cake pops then laughed about it. I was happy to have more cake pops for free but it’s terrible for the business. You lost money there because your employees are playing around. Second, I went through the drive through and as I’m waiting for my order, I hear workers playing around again (they were talking about another coworker) so I wasn’t acknowledged at the window. I paid, got my things and said “thank you” but no response because he was talking to instead. I proceeded to say “thank you” again and was ignored for a 2nd time so I drove off. Third, my husband went to pick up my online order and 2 kids were making out behind the counter before he could even get my drink. It wasn’t ready after ordering well in advance. Today, my husband and I sat in line behind 1 car at the window for SEVERAL minutes before my husband drove to the front door so I could just run in and get my 1 drink after waiting so long. The girl at the window was so EXTREMELY RUDE to us because we went inside rather than waiting in line. We will never go back!! Please train your staff to be respectful because you are losing business due to the attitudes and lack of consideration for your business."

"We've been here more than a few times. The customer service has always been good. Occasionally they have been out of a thing or two we like to order. But it is a new store and other stores run into this problem as well and have been open longer. We just order something different. All in all I think they're doing great considering how packed it is daily. Great addition to central!!"
