"Disappointed they stopped giving customers lemons lol. I'm paying $3 for a bagel then another $2 for a tiny cream cheese! Who's making the decisions here? Also, please bleach the ice dispenser --'plastic shoots. On multiple stores on several occasions, I've found mold caked on there."

We dined in and during our meal Deja even came to check on us and see if we needed anything. That was above and beyond in my eyes. "My husband & I just left the Panera Restaurant in Baton Rouge & I am so disappointed. The restaurant was so gross. I had to clean a table for us to sit at. There were dishes & food all over the unoccupied tables. I did the pick 2 soup & sandwich. The soup was warm at best & the piece of bread they gave me with it was stale & hard. The sandwich was not great but ok. This meal cost us $38 and we threw 1/2 of it away. Will not be going back."

"Good experience that is as expected. Less bags of items like scones available since pandemic. Good drink options with charged lemonade options, unlimited sips club is something I joined but may or may not continue after 2 first months free."
