"I went in specifically to buy a few balloons for my son's birthday and have them blow them up for me a little before 6 pm today. I won't go into it much but between the lack of product knowledge and poor customer service (maybe they weren't trained properly) I just walked out. I didn't cause a scene or raise my voice but I was aggravated enough to walk out without the balloons and candles that I paid for or even a refund. I'm only leaving this review because Google asked me about my experience. I'm not sure I'll go back and that's sad because I was born and raised in Orangefield, my parents still live here and I would rather keep my business in town when I'm here. Next time I will go to Kdans or drive into Bridge City."
"They keep a decent variety in this small town store. It is never overcrowded but there is always a steady stream of customers, so you usually only have one or two customers ahead of you if any. Employees are friendly."
