"I could not believe how inefficient this location is. If a single order is taken, no other customer can speak or be spoken to. ONE car is allowed to order, then drive to window, pay, and wait for around 10-15 minutes to be given their order and drive away. Then, and only then can another order be taken. This location reminds me that there ARE people who didn't graduate high school and that they do live among us."
"Drive thru was supposed to be open, but no one ever tried to take my order. Drove up to the window after waiting a good 5 to 10 minutes. When I finally saw the worker, he said they were closed for 45 minutes for shift change. ?????? Won't ever go back! That is the craziest thing I've ever heard."
"I have never been to a jack in a box where I had to wait over 20 minutes for 12 tacosand nothing else. I placed my order in the drive thru, and they asked me to pull around front, at that time I should have known there was a problem, 13 minutes later I decided to walk in to check on my order, stood in a line of people also asking about their orders and this took another 5 minutes, finally got my question out and my tacos and only my tacos were ready to be bagged. Terrible service, I hate to have to complain like this but this is second time I've tried this location and I will never go there again!!!!!!"
"The fact that this store specifically has 3 stars is beyond me. Maybe the service is exceptional during daytime, but at night it’s a completely different story. I work in food myself and this is the worst store I’ve been to my entire life. Either there’s an excuse as to why they can’t take your order (99% of the time) or there’s literally no employee inside to take your order. I caught an employee in a black SUV in uniform sleeping in the passenger side seat tonight. Y’all are ridiculous and hire the dumbest people."
