"I rarely ever have a reason to critique a restaraunt as I am easy to.please but our experience at this location sucked. Ate here around 10pm on 2/27/24 and they had the ac full blast making it unbearably cold. Waitress was slow and often too busy chatting with coworkers. For drinks they only had water or tea to offer. I ordered the cajun pasta and it came out cold and the pasta was very chewy as if they undercooked it because they were in a rush. On top of this there was a guy at the bar who was clearly drunk he couldn't keep his eyes open,he was stumbling,yelling ,and burping out loud and yet the bartender continued to serve him. The customer even clearly said out loud"i don't care i know I'm drunk" and they still continued serving him. Even the table next to us ordered a steak and the kitchen messed that up so he had to get another steak cooked.. definitely won't return to this particular chili's restaurant"
"The food is ok but they always have to mess the order somehow..."
"The service was great even though you could tell the bartender was stressed and over worked. The only section open was the bar area and all 3 of the workers that I seen working their tails off were in great spirits. Even though they were busy and cramped they all 3 still kept a smile on their face and held it down together as a team. The food was ok because the steak was tough and my sliders were to crispy but not cooked all the way in the middle for both it was like the grill was too high."
"Food was quick and good. Fiance asked for his steak medium rare and came out more medium well. I enjoyed my steak and asparagus. The southwest egg rolls are amazing as usual. The waitress wasnt the best I've had. She was nice enough but forgot a few things like napkins and the spicy ranch we asked for. Overall a good experience."
