"ITS NO WONDER THERE WAS 1 CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T EVEN HANDLE THAT MUCH BUSINESS. IN THIS ALL CAPS?? YES IT IS BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! I STAND THERE FOR 5 MINUTES IN LINE AND YOU JUST MAKE 1 HAMBURGER AND STARE AT ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG AND INCONVENIENCED YOU. THIS PLACE SUCKS NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
"The food is alright but service seriously needs some work and more employees. There’s always only 2 people working at all times so you gotta wait at least 15 minutes for your order, only to find out it’s wrong. Do better ya’ll, it’s really not that hard."
"When I drove up the employees were outside talking to someone who did not work there. I had to wait for 3 minutes until they told me to wait....another car drove up behind me. I placed my order with ..1 order of egg rolls and 2 ranch style chicken club sandwiches. I paid for them and was told to pull to the front. When I got home there was no ranch just chicken lettuce tomato..1 vslice and 1 piece of bacon. When I tried to call them I got no response..."
"Man I'm really lax when it comes to reviewing places like jack in the box only because you're eating fast food and you'll inconsistencies. But man we went here last night and bought 2 sourdough burgers and we got a burger with a freaking end peice to the loaf of bread! Something like that is just plain unacceptable. That's not even mentioning how they threw a small peice of bacon and squirt of mayo on there. Seriously whoever made this thing don't care even a lil bit about the end product. I'd be scared that they may even do something to the good. We hadn't had jack in the box for awhile, not sure when I'll be ready to go back."
