"It was good. I was walking and I went in and I asked a manager if I could possibly get a cup of water.... She was very nice to me I was handed a small cup I was very appropriated. She was very nice to me.I will go back when my money gets here. Ill spend money there any time.That showed me that she doesn't care that I didn't have any money. To me that meant a lot to me... People seem to look down on people that doesn't have money all the time.. Thanks to the woman who treated me with dignity....."
"The day crew of Hispanic women rock. When it is said women multitask better than men, these ladies apply the theory. I ordered my meal, grabbed my cup, went soda machine, and she was standing behind me handing me my meal. She actually caught me off guard because I did expect to be there behind me. I was out with my meal in less than 8 minutes because I only had 15 minutes to get to my class."
"Two cars ahead of me and it literally took 20 minutes to get my food. They charged me $5.14 for TWO SMALL CUPS OF WATER!!! Sooo outrageous!! The manager said, “ they charge for the cups.” Never coming back! I rather go to the one in Nederland."
"I usually don't write reviews on bad service and bad intentional food. This is not the first time at this location. There were globs of mayonnaise and so much mustard. We tried to wipe it off, it was just a waste of food. . I tried to take the survey, but the questions asked were so round about, I couldn't get my point across in the survey, so here I am. I tried calling the store, they would only hang up."
