"The first time I came in with a backpack and the manager followed me around. I felt she thought I was up to no good. Kept asking if I needed help finding anything. I quickly discovered that she was honestly trying to help me. This is a good store and I enjoy the friendly nature of all the employees there. Very nice. Very welcoming."
"Tried to purchase items that had a marked down sticker on them. Went to check out and was told the sale ended 5 days ago. Stickers had not been removed and we asked if they would honor the price that was displayed. The store manager stated there was no possible way to do that, and was extremely aggressive in response. She then went to the back to remove the sticker and yelled to other employees to not put them there anymore. We asked again if she would honor it as it was still clearly marked with no note of an ending sale, and she said she wouldn't. I would highly recommend traveling the extra distance to Hemphill."
